    • The Chamberlain College of Nursing was ranked first among all online nursing colleges by Nursing Online Education Database (NOEDB) in 2008. Schools included in the top ten list included mainly schools with reputations for online classes in various disciplines, but it did include the likes of Indiana State University as well. Chamberlain College is regionally accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. The college of nursing offers a Bachelor of Science (BSN) that takes only three years to complete. Chamberlain also offers a degree completion program for registered nurses needing to finish their bachelor's degree. Associate degrees are also offered for undergraduate students. Graduate students can pursue the Master of Science in one of two programs. The executive track is for students that desire to pursue nursing leadership roles in clinical settings while the educator track is designed to prepare students to become nurse educators at the post-secondary education level.
