Northeastern University's College of Criminal Justice offers a five-year bachelor of science program along with masters, executive masters and doctoral programs in criminal justice. The undergraduate degree program uses co-ops to alternate between classroom instruction and practical field work. The school allows the student to complete the co-op work anywhere, but a lot of students complete it right in the Boston area. The undergraduate degree curriculum features a core of six courses that include introduction to criminal justice, ethics, values and diversity in criminal justice, criminology, criminal due process, research methods and statistics.
