Colleges and universities require a final paper or mentorship to graduate with your bachelor's or master's degree in sports management. A final paper will be the last thing that needs completing and grading many times at certain universities. In lieu of a thesis, many universities allow the student to complete a mentorship. The mentorship must be completed with an organization in the field of sports management.
