Sanford-Brown is a private college with multiple campus locations throughout the East and Midwest. Sanford-Brown offers a fully accredited radiography program at campus locations in Atlanta; Cleveland; Fenton, Missouri; Milwaukee; North Loop, Texas, and Pittsburgh. This program is available as a certificate, associate or bachelor's degree program, depending on the location. Coursework may include radiobiology, radiographic procedures, radiation protection, body structure and function and imaging modalities. The program can be completed in one to two years (not including any prerequisite classes) depending on the location and degree plan. Wilbur Wright College (WWC) is a two-year community college with campus locations throughout the Chicago area. WWC offers a fully accredited radiography program that leads to an associate degree in radiography. Graduates of this program qualify to take the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification exam to become a certified radiography technologist and will be eligible for Illinois state licensing. Classes include introduction to radiology sciences, imaging physics, radiobiology, radiographic procedures and image production. It takes about two years to complete this 75-credit program.

Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) is a public, two-year community college located in Salt Lake City. The radiologic technology program at SLCC is fully accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). The program takes about two years to complete, and graduates are awarded an associate degree in radiologic technology. Some of the coursework includes image analysis, patient care, radiation protection, radiographic imaging, comprehensive radiology, radiobiology and imaging.
