The Southern California University of Health Sciences has a 10-year accreditation with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Students at the school will experience the Standardized Patient Program where they can treat trained actors who act as the patients. SCUHS is the first university to offer a preceptorship program that allows students to work in private practice in their last year of school. Some of the programs they offer at SCUHS include doctor of chiropractic, master of acupuncture and oriental medicine, professional studies and continuing education and the accelerated science prerequisite completion program. SCUHS is proud to be one of the first schools that the Council on Chiropractic Education has accredited.
