Flinders University offers several postgraduate studies in health administration. Prospective students can choose to pursue a graduate certificate, diploma or master's degree. Curtin University of Technology offers a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Administration and a Master of Health Service Management. The diploma program may be taken on a full-time or part-time basis, and it should be completed within one year for full-time students. Students in the graduate program will participate in research projects or a dissertation to direct their academic experience toward an area of specialization.

The Master of Health and Human Service Management at Deakin University is a one and a half year program when undertaken on a full-time basis. The graduate program is constructed to provide students with the managerial skills that are relevant to their particular professional field, such as dentistry, nursing, medicine or psychology. Graduates of the program will be prepared to assume tactical program assessments, project organization and implementation.
