Licensed Clinical Social Worker Schools

Licensed clinical social workers are social workers who work within in-patient or out-patient care facilities, mental health clinics, private practice or government facilities. They assist clients with addiction and other mental health issues, such as coping with job-related or personal problems. To qualify for this profession, individuals must obtain a Master of Social Work degree as well as a state license, which typically requires two years of 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. College and university degree programs prepare individuals to obtain this license.
