Everest College is a technical training school with satellite campuses nationwide. It offers an associate degree in criminal justice at its Dallas campus that is designed to prepare students for entry-level careers in forensics, corrections and criminology. The program's curriculum focuses on the gathering of evidence and the procedures for dealing with criminal suspects. Students also have a chance to learn about the different law enforcement agencies and their role in the criminal justice system. An introductory course on dealing with terrorism is also included.
