Students in programs like Baylor's will receive their education for free, in exchange for commitment to the armed services. In fact, the military will pay you a stipend while you go to school as well as cover your tuition.
The military requires an 81-month commitment for those who sign up for the program. However, the degree takes nearly 2 1/2 years to complete and that time counts toward your commitment.
After your service is finished, you can continue working for the military or join the private sector. According to Baylor University, those who elect to stay in the military receive a generous retirement package at the end of their career.
