At Atlanta Culinary Arts and Design, students in the Associate program learn the traditional principles of cooking, and are also introduced to international culinary techniques. Courses at this school, taught by experienced chefs, are conducted in a hands-on environment. Graduates of the Atlanta Culinary Arts program are trained for many different careers in the culinary industry, including kitchen manager, pastry chef, sous chef, banquet chef, prep cook, line cook and catering assistant.
