Major Colleges for Homeland Security

Recent world events in the 21st century have highlighted a need for increased understanding and development of homeland security. Many colleges across the United States have risen to meet that challenge, offering programs geared to prepare students in security and emergency management. Several institutions of higher learning, in fact, offer a bachelor's degree in homeland security itself, offering students a direct path into the field.
