Go to your Registrar's Website and click on, "Calculating your GPA," "Grading procedures," or a title of similar wording. Pay attention to the numerical scale, weighting, quality points and number of courses used in the calculation. If your school offers an online GPA calculator, you're done. If not, proceed to step two.
Go to the Registrar's Website of the school that shares your grading system and offers a GPA calculator online. You don't have to be a student at that school to use the GPA calculator, but you do need to share the exact same grading system and calculation methodology.
Visit University of Minnesota - Duluth to calculate your GPA if your school uses a standard 4.0 grading scale without quality points. Visit Georgia State University to calculate your GPA if your school uses a 4.3 scale with quality points. Visit the Community College of New Hampshire to calculate your GPA if your school uses a 4.0 scale with quality points. Visit University of California at Berkeley if your school uses a 4.3 scale without quality points.
Enter your grades in the designated boxes. Click on the "Add course," or a similarly worded heading, to include your grades from previous courses and semesters. Note whether you want to calculate your current or cumulative GPA. Click "Calculate GPA," or a similarly worded heading, to determine your GPA.
