      Take a "Wire Transfer" form from the customer service desk or a teller. Some banks may have a different name for the form, an inquiry to a customer service representative can lead you to the correct form.

      Fill out your personal and banking information in the spaces provided on the "Wire Transfer" form.

      Write Northeastern Universities bank name address in the space provide for recipients bank name and address. The bank's name and address is:

      Write "026009593" in the space provided for recipient's bank routing number and "9429409686" in the space provided for recipient's bank account number.
