The University of Georgia's College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences offers a wide variety of scholarships to students entering the field of agriculture.
The CAES Alumni Association provides scholarships to five incoming freshmen who have been accepted into the CAES program. The scholarships awards $2,000 over two semesters to students who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership and extracurricular involvement related to agriculture or the environment. The scholarship is only available to Georgia residents and students must supply letters of recommendation, information on their academic achievements and essays to qualify.
Other scholarships offered by the CAES program include departmental scholarships, travel scholarships and undergraduate research scholarships. The school also offers a financial aid package to all students.

ABAC takes several factors into consideration when awarding scholarships, including academic achievement, extracurricular activities and leadership experience. Some scholarships also take into account location (residents of Georgia vs. out-of-state residents) and financial need. Students must submit records of extracurricular activity, letters of recommendation, essays and high school academic information.

All residents of Georgia who attend a college or university in Georgia are eligible for the HOPE scholarship, which provides funds for tuition, textbooks and other college-related costs. The scholarship strives to live up to its name by Helping Outstanding Pupils Educationally.
To be eligible, students must be legal residents of Georgia and must be graduates of a high school or a home-schooling program with a minimum grade point average of 3.0. Students must be enrolled or accepted in a college, university or technical school (including schools of agriculture) in Georgia.
The number of scholarships awarded each year, and the value of those scholarships, varies. All applicants must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), but other application procedures vary.
