The Women's Debate Institute is a four-day debate program for female high-schoolers who are interested in debate. Scholarships are offered to help pay for program tuition and, in some cases, travel costs. Interested students must submit a scholarship form, letter of recommendation and personal financial statement to apply for particular scholarships.

Now Debate This holds a variety of contests for high-school students who like to debate. Its main contest is open to high school juniors and allows them to compete for $250,000 in college scholarships by creating a YouTube video debating the year's topic of choice. To enter the contest, students must register on the program's social networking website.
This is a national competition sponsored by the Bickel & Brewer Foundation and New York University. Students from all over the world can compete for over $30,000 in scholarships and prizes through a series of written and oral debate competitions related to issues of public policy. High school teams compete throughout the school year, and the top eight teams are given a trip to New York City to compete in the finals.

Every year, about 250 $7,500 college scholarships are given out by by the Jackie Robinson Foundation to minority high school graduates who participate in high-school debate and plan to attend a four-year college. Recipients are also invited to participate in a four-day conference with the National Association for Urban Debate League and gain help with internship placement and mentoring.
