How to Send TOEFL Test Scores to FDU in Vancouver

Online (iBT)

  Navigate to TOEFL's website. You can access the website by going to ETS.org, clicking on the top navigation bar that says "Tests and Products" and selecting "TOEFL" from the pull-down menu.

  Click on "My TOEFL iBT Account" on the top right corner of the page and log into your account by entering your user-name and password when prompted. If you don't have an account, click on "Sign Up" and create an account.

  Click on "Register for a Test/Order Score Reports" on your account homepage.

  Note the Designated Institutions (DI) code for FDU-Vancouver in the online TOEFL Destinations Directory. The DI code for FDU-Vancouver is 7627; it is required so that TOEFL administrators know where to send your scores.

  Prepare your payment information. Credit and debit cards and e-checks are acceptable forms of payment.

  Enter your personal information, the DI code and payment information when prompted by the online system. Submit your request.

Fax or Mail (iBT and PBT)

  Download and print out the "TOEFL iBT Official Score Report Request Form" from the TOEFL website if you took the Internet-based test (iBT). For those who took the paper-based test (PBT), download and print out the "TOEFL PBT and TSE Test Official Score Report Request Form."

  Fill out the request form. You will need to provide the following information: your registration number, full name, birth date, test date, DI code for FDU-Vancouver and credit or debit card information.

  Fax or mail the completed form. The form for both the iBT or PBT formats should be faxed to 610-290-8972. Or, mail the form to the following address for iBT takers:

  Prepare the following information before ordering your score report by phone: debit or credit card information; birth date; test date; registration number; and the DI code for FDU-Vancouver.

  Wait to receive a confirmation over the phone before you end the call. Call TOEFL services at 609-771-7100 or 877-863-3546 from Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. EST if you did not get a confirmation.
