Visit TOEFL website. Enter your user name and password in the respective fields under "Sign In," and then click "Go."

Click the "Password Assistance" button, and provide the relevant information to reset the password for your account. If you have forgotten your user name, click the "User Name Assistance" button, and follow the instruction to retrieve the user name.

Click "View Scores" on the homepage to check your TOEFL scores once you are logged in to your TOEFL account.
