Making streamers with crepe paper can be fun for children. - Straws
- Crepe paper (in a variety of colors)
- Scissors
- Small rubber bands

Measure the crepe paper to the desired length and cut six pieces for each streamer being made.

Prepare straws. If you are using bendable straws, cut off the bendable section.

Choose six pieces of crepe paper in the color combination that you desire.

Gather the crepe paper pieces into your hand and wrap them around a straw. Secure them to the straw by using a rubber band. Place the rubber band at least 1 inch from the top of the straw.
