Click on the "Spreadsheet" pull-down menu, and select the grade report spreadsheet for the grading period you wish to export. This will pull up a screen showing the grading period that you have chosen.
Find the first column after the student column, and click the down arrow. Click on "Replace Task." Choose "Numeric Total Points" for the desired grading period, and click "Next."
Choose the appropriate "Quarter Grades Spreadsheet Grade" from the list. This is usually found near the top. Click "Next."
Click on "Letter Grade," and click "Next." Click the box next to "Hot Link Grades" to place a check mark there. Click "OK." The column on your spreadsheet should be automatically filled with letter grades.
If you need to export grades for multiple classes, repeat Steps 1 through 4 for all other classes before completing the export. Once you have done this, click on "File"and pull down the menu. Choose "Export from Gradebook."
Click on the box next to the desired grading period to place a check mark in the box. Click "Next." A warning box may be displayed saying that some information is missing. This is normal. Click "Continue with export anyway," and click "Next."
A box titled "Export from Gradebook" will appear. Click "Export." All grades should be transferred successfully to SASI.
