Call the school's main office. Ask if it is possible to send the grades again. If this is not feasible, request a time when you may pick them up. An office employee can give you a copy of your grades after you present your school identification (ID) and state-issued ID. Schools may only release your grades to you.
Inquire about fees that you may owe to the school. A school can withhold your grades if any unpaid fees are on your school account. You can pay the fines online or over the phone.
Look online. If the school uses a secured online system to post grades, use the school-assigned password and student ID number. You will then be able to see the grades.
