Volleyball Camps for Teens

David Rubio Volleyball Camp

• The David Rubio Volleyball Camp offers three days camps for girls and boys ages 10 to 18 and for high school volleyball teams. Camps are held in the month of July and offer volleyball instruction at the intermediate and advanced levels as well as a positions camp for setters and attackers. The cost of individual camps is $425 for those who choose to stay overnight at the camp and $320 for commuters. Team camps cost $90 to $120 per camper.

Minnesota Volleyball Camp

• The Minnesota Volleyball Camp is open to all volleyball players age 10 to 18 and is sponsored by the University of Minnesota. Campers can choose to attend one of four positional camp sessions to help with setting, hitting and ball control. Each camp sessions costs $215 and campers must choose a position to focus on. As of 2010, four-day camps are available for $375 where campers choose two positions to work on and six-day camps are available for campers who wish to work on all three positions. The cost of the six-day camp is $550. All camps are day camps and players must bring their own lunch.

Sokol Volleyball Camps

• Sokol Volleyball in Bellaire, Texas offers a variety of volleyball camps ranging from skills camps to position camps to competition camps. Skills camps for students in grades eight through 12 are $200. As of 2010, position camps are $135 for setters and $175 for hitters. Competition camps are $210. All camps are day camps that last four days and are offered at multiple locations in the Houston, Texas area.

Bentley University Volleyball Camps

• Bentley University in Massacusetts offers boys and girls volleyball camps. Camps are offered for teens of all ages with special sessions offered for high school juniors and seniors and high school teams. In 2010, each camp costs $420 per session or $475 for elite sessions reserved for juniors and seniors. Campers spend the day in lecture and demonstration sessions followed by practice sessions. Each day ends with tournament games.
