Why do knights start training when there 7?

Knights typically began training much earlier than the age of 7. In medieval Europe, boys from noble families who were destined to become knights would commonly start their training as young as 5 or 6 years old. They began by learning basic horsemanship and handling different types of weapons. As they grew older, they would engage in more extensive and comprehensive training.
