Riddel Mouthguard Instructions

A mouthguard that is fitted to cover the teeth and gums and worn during sporting activities, such as football, soccer and wresting, will reduce the potential for injury to the teeth, lips and jaw according to the American Dental Association. Riddell mouthguards, which are a store bought brand of "boil and bite" mouthguards, are made of soft plastic that is safely warmed and fitted to protect the upper and lower teeth of children and adults.
