  1. Paragon Cooperative Learning Academy

    • The Paragon Cooperative Learning Academy (PCLA) is a Christian program offering classes and ministry to homeschool students and families for the purpose of enriching and supporting home education. Accredited by the Georgia Accreditation Commission, the more than 30 classes taught by qualified teachers at PCLA serve children from kindergarten up to twelfth grade. Electives, fine arts, foreign language, language arts, math, science, social sciences and study hall hours are available.

Families may also choose to utilize the PCLA accreditation program, Paragon Academy, to oversee their full home education program, which in turn provides students planning to attend college with an acceptable transcript. Using the Paragon Academy services requires parents to pay a fee. Students are expected to submit a course of study at the beginning of the school year, turn in quarterly grades, turn in four graded tests from the school year, and take a final exam for each subject in their course of study at PCLA.

    Creative Homeschoolers of Georgia

    • As part of the Creative Homeschoolers of Georgia South East group, families have the opportunity to gain support and information from fellow home school families through discussions on the groups Yahoo Group, weekly play dates, field trips and monthly parents' night out events. The group does not discriminate based on a family's faith, race, gender or lifestyle and educational choices. The open door policy of the group allows any homeschool family to join by contacting the leader via email.

The Creative Homeschoolers set out to educate the public on the home education topic along with providing students with opportunities to develop friendships and relationship skills through educational opportunities. One of the ways the program succeeds in this mission is placing the teen-aged children in the group into a group of their own, placing them in charge of organizing social outings for themselves. Past events of the Creative Homeschoolers include the Georgia Shakespeare Festival and Homeschool Day at the Georgia State Capitol.
