Decide whether you will do the homeschooling, or if you want to hire a tutor to teach your child for you.
Compile curriculum for your child's homeschooling program. This will require your full attention. Start with your local school. Check the courses taught in the grade that corresponds to your child's age -- and build your homeschooling program from there. If you choose to hire a tutor, have them assist you in creating the curriculum.
Use the material you find online, to create your own courses, depending upon the child's aptitude.
Manage the details. Once you have the overall plan drawn up with the curriculum and material you will use, you need to get down to the details. Have the program spread out in a quarter, month, weekly basis.
