Instructions

    • 1

Measure a book, compact disc or magazine stack. Do this by measuring the height and width.

    • 2

Cut a rectangular sheet of corrugated cardboard from the roll equal to about twice the measurement of the book or other item you measured.

    • 3

Place the rectangular sheet of corrugated cardboard out before you, laying it horizontally or width-wise.

    • 4

Place the item or items you are covering over the center of the corrugated cardboard rectangle.

    • 5

Fold one side of the cardboard over the front of the item you are wrapping, whether it be a book, stack of magazines or compact disc.

    • 6

Fold the other side of the cardboard sheet over the front of the item, overlapping the first folded part of the cardboard. This creates a sort of sheath for the item you are covering.

    • 7

Place a strip of clear tape over the edge of the top fold of the corrugated cardboard, adhering it to the underlying layer of cardboard. This secures the slipcase over the item you are covering.

    • 8

Roll the opened ends of the corrugated slipcase over the edges of the item being wrapped. This secures the slipcase further.
