Center the title Works Cited on the first line of the page.
Double-space the Works Cited page. Do not add additional spaces between the Works Cited title or individual references.
Type the first line of a reference flush with the left margin. Indent subsequent lines of an individual reference by five spaces to create a hanging indent. Some word processing programs have this function built in so you do not need to add the spaces manually.
List all references alphabetically according to the last name of the author or the first word of a title (other than a, an or the) for works with no author. For example, list Audrey, Sam; The Greatest Show on Earth; Jones, Christopher; Waters, Joseph and A Watery Grave.
