Tennessee Pastry Schools

One discipline of culinary arts is the field of pastry. Finding a school that specializes in this specific discipline is more challenging than just finding a culinary arts program. Make sure that this option is available, as it differs greatly from the general culinary arts major. There are only a few different options for this specialty in the state of Tennessee. However, schools are available if you would like to pursue a career as a pastry chef.
