There are various universities and online schools that offer accredited fast-track 2-year bachelor's degrees and 1-year master's degrees, where some of the areas of study include: Business Administration, Accounting and Financial Management, Information systems, Telecommunications, Marketing, Project Management, Nursing, Education and more.
Not all universities offer fast-track programs, and the ones that do offer them, provide degrees for certain areas of study. Some of these include University of Alberta, University of New Brunswick, University of Wisconsin, DeVry University and Ashford University, to name a few. Most institutions require a completion of an associate's degree in order to enroll in a fast-track bachelor's degree. Student's pursuing a fast-track master's degree will also be required to have completed an accredited bachelor's degree before enrolling.
Before enrolling in any fast-track university, do plenty of research on the accreditation of the institution where you plan to pursue your degree. Accredited institutions or degree programs are recognized by the U.S Department of Education, and this validates a standard of education these schools or programs must meet. This will also ensure that the coursework and credits you earn can be transferred to or validated by other universities, if necessary.
An efficient way of finding the right university for your fast-track degree is by first making sure that the school is validated by a regional or national accreditation agency. Some of the regional and national accreditation agencies in the United States include: Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Higher Education (MSA/CHE), Distance Education and Training Council (DETC), and Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT).
