Johnson & Wales University has a four-year culinary arts program that emphasizes classic cooking techniques, culinary trends and nutritional analysis. There are four campuses where you can earn a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. The original campus is in Providence, Rhode Island, and the others are located in North Miami, Denver and Charlotte. The bachelor's degree program is also available online. Two of those locations, Orlando, Florida and Scottsdale, Arizona, offer a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts that focuses on culinary techniques and the latest trends in global cuisine. The New England Culinary Institute offers bachelor's degrees in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts and Hospitality and Restaurant Management.
