      Go to the UPS website. Select the method to check on your packages. Choose "Track By Number" to check on your package by its designated package number. Enter the package number in the box and then click on "Track."

      Click "Track By Reference" to check on your package by reference number. Choose the shipment type by clicking the circle beside "Package" or "Freight." Enter the "Shipment Reference Number" from your shipping receipt.

      Select the "Date Range" that you were given when you shipped the package. Enter your "Shipper Account" number in the box and then click "Track." Choose the "Destination Country" from the drop down box. Enter your ZIP or Postal Code. Click on "Track" to track your package.

      Track one shipment by email; enter the tracking number in the subject line of the email or type it in the body of the email message. Send the email to the UPS email address [email protected].

      Watch your email for shipment tracking alerts. Check your junk folder if you do not receive a message in your email inbox. Track multiple shipments by typing the tracking numbers in the body of the email message to [email protected].
