Universities That Accept the GI Bill

The original General Infantry (G.I.) Bill was designed in 1944 to help enlisted military personnel, active or retired, fund a college education during or after active service. Those serving on active military duty since after the U.S. 9-11 crisis are eligible for additional benefits through the Post 9-11 G.I. Bill amendments, the Yellow Ribbon Scholarship Programs and privately funded military scholarships at various participating colleges and universities. Universities that accept G.I. Bill benefits are located across the United States and often allow full tuition be paid for the enrolling military student.
