Find a program. You can use the internet to find online GED classes as well as face-to-face classes in your area. Both offer the opportunities to register and sign up for the class online even though with face-to-face programs you will be meeting in a traditional, classroom setting.
Learn how the program operates. Once you've found a program you're interested in, it's important to get all the details you can about it. When does it meet? How long does the class run? Will you be ready to take the GED test after the class or is there another class you'll need? Is it self-paced or do you learn as a group? These are all questions you should find the answer to before registering for a GED class online.
Fill out the online application or registration form. When you are certain that the class is right for you then you can register online for the GED class. Each program will have their own form and method for online registration. Some may require a simple registration form while others may require payment via a debit or credit card online.
Pay for the class if you haven't already. If you weren't required to pay at the time you registered online, then you will want to follow up with the organization providing the class and submit your payment. In addition if they require any additional information, documents or forms you will need to submit them as well.
Ask if there is anything else you need to do to be enrolled. You should contact the GED program and ask if there is anything else you need to do to ensure you are registered for the class. While chances are that you have done everything you should, you don't want to lose your spot in the class for something trivial.
