The Florida College of Natural Health has four different locations in Florida that offer massage therapy programs. The basic therapeutic massage training program takes seven to 12 months to complete, depending on whether an individual enrolls full- or part-time. Students will learn Eastern and Western theory and techniques in addition to basic business practices. The Florida College of Natural Health also offers an advanced therapeutic training program that focuses on advanced theories and techniques such as myokinetic techniques, hydrotherapy spa treatments, sports injury management and rehabilitative protocols. All students will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the school’s public clinic.

Cortiva Institute’s 750-hour massage therapy program combines lectures and hands-on learning. Students will have the opportunity to practice their skills under faculty supervision in the Cortiva Institute’s massage center. Day and evening classes are available to cater to all students’ schedules. The school also offers continuing education courses. Some of the classes are: treating the avid golfer, treating cervical headaches, clinical massage therapy: conditions of the shoulder complex and orthopedic assessments. According to the school's website, financial assistance is available to qualified students through scholarships, grants, gift aid and federal and private loans.

Central Florida School of Massage Therapy offers a basic massage therapy diploma program that teaches through classroom, clinical and school-sponsored activities. According to the school’s website, the program focuses on four different areas: massage theory and technique, human sciences, career development and professional ethics and risk management. The program includes 525 hours in a classroom setting, plus an additional 50 hours of practice in the student clinic. The school also offers a number of continuing education courses including neuro-muscular therapy, kinesio taping, reflexology, chakra therapy and treating fibromyalgia.

The Alpha School of Massage offers a 501-hour class and a 900-hour class in massage therapy. Students have the flexibility to enroll in each program part- or full-time. In addition, the Alpha School of Massage offers weekday and weekend courses at various times throughout the day. Some of the topics that will be covered in the programs include: anatomy and physiology, basic massage therapy and practical instruction and the business aspects of massage. The programs combine classroom instruction with hands-on training in the student clinic. According to the school’s website, class sizes are kept small, with an average of 10 to 20 students per class.
