How to Find My GED Score

The General Educational Development (GED) Test is a high school equivalency exam that tests the taker's proficiency in five subjects -- social studies, science, reading, writing and mathematics. Students who score 2250 pass the exam. You must request your GED score from the testing site.

      Find contact information for the site where you took the GED. Locate the address of your testing site by using the "Find a GED Testing Center" utility on the American Council on Education's website.

      Write a letter to the testing center and request your score. Provide your name, address and the test date.

      Wait up to several weeks to receive your GED test score.
