This school offers training programs for building construction, commercial driver's license (CDL), diesel technician, electrical technology, heating refrigeration ventilation and air conditioning (HRVAC), and combination welding. Career services offered to enrolled students will help with interview skills, resume writing, and job placement. Admissions requires a high school diploma or GED for most programs. The commercial driver's license program can take an Ability to Benefit Test in place of a high school diploma or GED.

All State also offers on-the-job training for companies looking to further the skills of current employees. These programs include extreme weather driving, "train the trainer," and driver wellness.
Baltimore International College offers culinary arts programs for a variety of goals. Food enthusiast classes are held for students ages 18 and over, and allow hands-on training for meal preparation and planning. Certificate, associate, and bachelor degree programs in the culinary arts are offered for career-oriented students. Degree programs in hospitality management are offered at the bachelor and master's level. Hospitality degrees can be combined with a concentration such as marketing, international special events and meeting management, or international hotel/motel management. Admissions requires a high school diploma or GED and college assessment testing.
TESST College of Technology offers associate degree programs in computer networking technology and medical practice management. Certificate-based programs include, computer support technician, electrical technician, heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and air-conditioning, medical assistant, medical billing and coding, and pharmacy technician training. Admission requirements include a high school diploma, GED, or home-school certificate recognized by the student's home state. Additional entrance exams may be required if proof of completion for secondary school cannot be provided. Career services are offered to current students and alumni. These services include tutorials on writing cover letters, resumes, and job searching.
