With an enrollment of more than 450 students, as of 2010, Baltimore International College is headquartered along Baltimore's Inner Harbor and operates classroom facilities across the city. The college offers one-year certificate and two-year associate degree programs in cooking, baking, and both cooking and baking, as well as a four-year bachelor's degree in culinary management. Students in the associate and bachelor's degree programs spend five weeks working at a hotel facility in Ireland. In addition to state and federal financial aid, the school offers a limited number of need-based and merit scholarships and grants for its students.

One of the American Beauty Academy's three branches is located in Baltimore in the northeastern neighborhood of Lauraville. The school offers certificate programs in nail technology, cosmetology and barbering. Programs typically last less than two years and provide students with hands-on experience working in the academy's salon. Located in Security Square, North American Trade Schools formed in 2004 when the Diesel Institute of America expanded its course offerings. The school has fewer than 100 students and provides certificates in building construction; truck driving; diesel engine repair; electrical technology; welding and heating; ventilation and air conditioning. All programs require less than one year of study with both day and evening classes available. The school provides assistance with locating housing for students moving into the area to attend classes. For graduates, the school provides help with resume writing, interview preparation and follow-up and locating potential employers.

All State Career School operates locations throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland, including Baltimore. Home to more than 400 students, the campus is in the Point Breeze region of the city. The school offers programs in truck driving; pharmacy technology; electrical systems; dental assisting; medical assisting; medical billing and coding; and heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration. All programs result in a certificate rather than a degree and most require only nine months of study. All State Career School participates in federal and state financial aid programs and grants a limited number of scholarships to students enrolling directly after high school. In addition, the school offers tuition payment plans. The career services department helps students prepare for interviews and locate possible employers after graduation.
