Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for migration, students must meet the following criteria:
- They should have completed the first, second, or third semester at their current college.
- They should have a valid reason for seeking migration, such as change of residence, medical conditions, academic opportunities, or any other compelling reason.
Procedure for Migration:
1. No Objection Certificate (NOC): Students must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current college. The college authorities may issue the NOC based on the student's request and after clearing any outstanding dues or liabilities.
2. Migration Application: Students must apply for migration to PTU by submitting a migration application form along with the following documents:
- NOC from the current college.
- Migration fee, as prescribed by PTU.
- Copies of academic transcripts and mark sheets.
- Copy of the admission form filled at the previous college.
- Character certificate from the current college.
- Any other supporting documents related to the reason for migration.
3. Scrutiny and Approval: PTU will scrutinize the migration application and documents. If everything is found to be in order, PTU will grant approval for migration.
4. Admission at the New College: Upon receiving approval from PTU, students can proceed with the admission process at their desired college. They must submit the migration certificate issued by PTU, along with other required documents, to the new college.
