How to Read About Kappa Alpha PSI

Kappa Alpha PSI is a legendary fraternity. Started in 1911 at Indiana University, Kappa Alpha PSI brought together a small group of African American students in the collective fight for civil rights. The assemblage of men -- one of the first of its kind in the history of the United States -- began during a period where public meetings of African American students were forbidden. Reading about the strength and growth of Kappa Alpha PSI results in an edifying study in African American life.
