Begin the citation with the last name of the first author, followed by the author's first initial and middle initial, if applicable. If there is more than one author, list the last name of each author before his initials, and separate the authors' names with commas. Use an ampersand between the names of the next-to-last and last authors. For example, "Smith, A. J., Jones, B., & White, T. D."
Give the date the anthology was published in parentheses and follow with a period. For example, "(2000)."
Write the title of the work followed by a period. Capitalize only the first word of the title and any proper nouns. For example, "Article from an anthology."
Give the name of the editor or editors of the anthology, with initials followed by last names, and use "(Ed.)" to designate their role. Follow the editors' names with a comma and the title of the anthology in italics, then give the page numbers of the reprinted work in parentheses followed by a period. For example, "In J. Brown & K. Young (Eds.), Anthology of reprinted things (pp. 20-25)."
State the location and name of the publisher separated by a colon and followed by a period. Use the city and state abbreviation for the location. For example, "Albany, NY: Publishing House."
Give the bibliographical information of the source from which the work was reprinted in parentheses. Include the title of the original source in italics, the pages the work can be found on, the editor's name, the date of publication and the publisher's location and name. Do not use a period after the final parenthesis. For example, "(Reprinted from Original source, pp. 100-105, by D. Green, Ed., 1990, Los Angeles, CA: Other Publisher)"
