The school offers hands-on training on many types of heavy equipment including backhoes, bulldozers and excavators. Graduates can be ready for employment in only three weeks of heavy equipment training.
ATS schools offer a Class-A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) program. Students in the program receive instruction in CDL regulations, U.S. Department of Transportation rules and truck driving safety. The practical instruction involves reversing exercises, pretrip inspection, truck operations and coupling and uncoupling. The training aims to prepare the student for the CDL road test.
