Heavy Equipment Trade Schools

Potential students of heavy equipment operator training should look for schools that provide hands-on training, in addition to classroom instruction. Students will also benefit from training on a wide variety of construction equipment. Construction equipment operators who train in employer-funded apprenticeship programs may be more employable than operators who have not served as apprenticeship participants to acquire the skills to operate many types of machines.
