CPSC aims to enhance the technical vocational education in Asia. In 2008, the organization had 17 member countries linked together through international workshops and conventions online. Each country has local training programs.
CPSC provides complete reports on recent seminars and symposiums through their website. The number of In-Country Programs (ICP) in a member country depends on the number of accepted training proposals, while Regional Programs (RP) occur six times a year.
UNESCO-UNEVOC's TVET institution has centers and accredited agencies worldwide. Various summits and seminars are conducted yearly in each member's country. The organization also provides eLearning for individual members. At least one seminar each year is conducted in every member's country.
The Italy-based ITC offers vocational courses in five regions worldwide. Students are taught in-school or through distance learning.
Training approaches may differ depending on the cultures and laws of the students' home countries. This allows learning methods to be redefined to fit the schedule and learning style of a particular learner.
