Specifically designed for students of varied skill levels, Cook Street 180° teaches menu preparation, palate development, and wine education along with the culture, history and heritage of gourmet cuisine. Cook Street School of Fine Cooking's classic European cuisine emphasis prepares students for the rigors of this rewarding industry.
Students rotate through the different kitchen stations to practice new skills and gain valuable experience. Cook Street 180° Culinary Arts Program includes a five-month accelerated course featuring an American Culinary Federation (ACF) internship, a three week wine course, and a variety of short specialty courses such as a personal chef course.
Upon graduation from the 180° program, students are awarded a Culinary and Wine Education diploma from Cook Street School of Fine Cooking and 20 educational points to be used toward ACF certification. All students enrolled in Cook Street's 180° program earn full member benefits to the ACF and college credits transferable to any Colorado community college.
Cook Street School of Fine Cooking, a privately-owned teaching facility, is approved and regulated by the State of Colorado Department of Higher Education Division of Private and Occupational Schools and the Veterans Administration. The ACF endorses the 180 Professional Culinary Arts Program.

Johnson & Wales University (JWU) offers a Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree that combines Food Service Management with either Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts along with a traditional BS degree with concentrations in Baking and Pastry Arts, Beverage Service Management, Contemporary Pastry Arts, Culinary Capstone Labs, Sommelier, and Wellness and Sustainability.
