Learn how to make all types of cookies, pizza, pies, brownies, pastries, yeast breads and pies completely gluten-free. The recipes used come directly from the "Gluten-Free Baking" cookbook by Chef Richard Coppedge. The cost of this one-day Saturday course is $250 as of February 2011.
The Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College offers "Creations" cooking classes. This series includes the class "Dinner Party, Gluten-Free!" Learn how to create and make four dinner courses, all gluten-free. This course is for beginning cooks. The cost is $75 as of February 2011 and the evening class lasts for three hours.
The Oregon Culinary Institute in Portland offers a gluten-free weekend cooking class through its partner the Portland Culinary Workshop.
