Legal Secretary Training Courses

The Occupational Outlook Handbook, 2010-11 Edition, predicts faster than average growth within the legal secretary field, but that's not the only perk. The median annual wage for legal secretaries in May 2008 was $40,030, with the top 10 percent bringing in more than $62,290. Legal secretaries work within law offices preparing legal and office documents, taking notes at hearings and client meetings, maintaining law libraries, and even helping attorneys to collect records. This is specialized work with its own rules and procedures, and that's why legal secretary training courses are so important.
