Classes at Estrela are offered in daytime or evening time slots so students can coordinate them with work responsibilities, or they can cover all material in three successive full-day Saturday sessions. The curriculum includes a module on interview skills designed to help students find a job after completing the program. ABC's Colorado campus in Denver is part of a nationwide network of bartending schools. Basic instruction includes setting up the bar, using bartenders' equipment and tools and cash procedures.
