The Professional Culinary Institute is located at the southern end of San Francisco Bay in Campbell, California. It offers diploma programs in Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts, a sommelier certification program and an associate's degree program in Hotel and Restaurant Management. The Culinary Arts program lasts six months and teaches all of the basic restaurant skills. The six-month Baking and Pastry Arts program teaches the essential skills for creating breads, desserts and other items.
