CNA Courses in Minnesota

There are 26 locations in Minnesota where training as a nursing assistant is available. Programs follow similar curricula in preparing students to become state-licensed registered nursing assistants, or RNAs. An RNA is Minnesota's equivalent of a certified nursing assistant (CNA). By passing the state licensing exam, a successful candidate is listed on the state's Nursing Assistant Registry and eligible for work in Minnesota. Some nursing-assistant programs offer further specialization in acute care, long-term care or hospital care. But all programs cover the basics of the industry.
