A-Cent Aviation, family owned and operated, is an FAA-certified school and a Cessna pilot center that features the Cessna Flight Training System. It is located at the Colorado Springs Municipal Airport. Aviation students at Colorado Northwestern Community College can earn an Associate of Applied Science degree in Aviation Technology--Flight Training. The FFA-approved program allows students to earn their pilot certificates along with various ratings and endorsements. CNCC has a direct hiring relationship with the Mesa Air Group. This agreement allows recommended students to be hired immediately after graduation into regional jet commercial crew positions.

Denver's Daedalus Aviation School is a Cessna Pilot Center (CPC) and FAA-approved school. Programs provide training for private instrument, commercial multi-engine, and ATP certificates. Students can complete their training programs in as little as six months. Daedalus also offers courses for experienced pilots including accelerated commercial pilot training, mountain flying, as well as tailwheel and aerobatic training.

Students of the Flights, Inc. Academy will receive accelerated and structured training to achieve their private or commercial pilot certificate as well as earn instrument and multi-engine ratings. The programs work on a full-time schedule with students training five to six days a week. Typically students can complete the program in six to eight months.
